Completed in October 2012, Normandie Terrace is 66-unit family community with one, two, and three, bedroom floor plans. The building is certified LEED Gold and features multiple eco-friendly components including the use of drought tolerant plants and a high efficiency irrigation system for landscaping. All of the units feature formaldehyde free kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, Energy Star kitchen appliances, low flow toilets and sinks as well as high efficiency low-E vinyl windows. The building also includes courtyards, terraces, patios, a lobby, on-site laundry, community/computer room, manager’s office, subterranean parking, and generous pedestrian circulation. Approximately 1,000 feet of retail space is located on the ground floor for use by a local non-profit which is expected to provide local community services. Two levels of parking are provided under the building for a total of 69 parking spaces. At this time there are no more applications available for Normandie Terrace and the waitlist is closed. We expect the waitlist to open again sometime in October 2013.
