Empowering the Community

By working in conjunction with our non-profit managing general partners, our mission is to provide programs and services for our residents to empower each of them towards success and self-sufficiency in ways that best meet their diverse needs while building a stronger and safer community. This statement is the foundation upon which we manage and develop new service programs. Accordingly, our tenant services are designed for both large families as well as for senior citizens as may be required by the unique circumstances of a given community or the requirements of a particular funding source.
