HCD (California Department of Housing and Community Development) HCD provides funding to affordable housing developers. As California's principal housing agency, the mission of HCD is to provide leadership, policies and programs to expand and preserve safe and affordable housing opportunities and promote strong communities for all Californians.
HUD Website The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development offers many programs to renters, buyers, developers and sellers related to affordable housing.
